The William J. Clinton Foundation (“Clinton Foundation”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement applies to the data collected by Clinton Foundation through the Project 2° site (the “Site”); it does not apply to data collected through other online or offline Clinton Foundation sites, products or services.
Collection of Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. The personal information we collect may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, and phone number.

You can review and edit the personal information you provided at this Site by clicking the Manage My Profile link at the top of any page on the Emissions Tracker site. NOTE: This page is only accessible to logged-in users. It is not accessible from the public Project 2° site.

The Clinton Foundation is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Control, Access, and Security of your City’s Information
The Clinton Foundation has the right to use, aggregate, analyze and publish any data that a City chooses to make available on any publicly-facing web pages within the Site. The Clinton Foundation will not use, aggregate, analyze, or publish any information that the City has not affirmatively placed into a publicly-viewable portion of the website. The Administrator of the City account decides what data to make public under the “Manage Public Profile” portion of the website. The Foundation has no role or control in deciding what to publish on a publicly-viewable portion of the website, that decision is your own.
